City of Aledo, Texas For Emergencies contact 911. If you have a Water or Wastewater Emergency during the week after City Hall is closed or on the weekend, please call City Hall at 817-441-7016. Please listen to the recorded message, dial 1 and then wait for the message to leave your name, address, phone number and type of emergency. A field technician will then respond promptly to your emergency message.
